Some of you may already know us well, maybe even too well! But for those who don't, here's a little look into the lives of Future Mr & Mrs Egan.

2020
Pimpama, AU.
For many years, our relationship was long distance. They had bought their first home in the Gold Coast, where Kat stayed, while Corey worked away in Melbourne. They used to take turns flying to visit each other very fortnight!
2024
Ubud, ID.
We both love travelling, and have recently just ticked Bali off our list, where Corey proposed.
He had romantically asked Kat to make sure not to book any activities on this specific night, and very subtly asked Kat to pack the ring into their suitcase. When the night came, he hid the ring box in his jacket. This would've been very subtle indeed if it wasn't for the fact that Corey usually never plans anything travel related, and it was 28 degrees with 80% humidity that day!
Corey got down on one knee and said "Can you hurry up and put the ring on? The photographer is waiting."
It was still a magical night.
2024
Nusa Lembongan, ID.
We both also love adventure and are always on the lookout for new things to try. In our 2nd trip to Bali, we became certified Divers! We have dived in Bali, Krabi, and will be adding Mangonui and the Maldives to our logbook.
2020 / 2025
Cairns, AU. / Krabi, TH.
We have date night every week, and celebrate every occasion. We have so much to look forward to, in fact, that sometimes they just hit Corey by surprise.
Kat's most ridiculous stunt was when she booked their 2nd Bali trip 2 days before going on their 1st Bali trip, while Corey was asleep, and doubled down again by booking their next trip only a few days later while she was grocery shopping.
While we were in Thailand to plan our Big Day, we celebrated our 7 year anniversary with a lovely, super romantic private dinner on the beach which would've been even more romantic if Kat had remembered to tell Corey.
Somehow, he still loves her.
2024 / 2019
Nusa Dua, ID. / Noosa, AU.
Many may already know that Corey doesn't like seafood. But Kat loves seafood, and Corey loves Kat. So in order to to fulfil Kat's dream of eating at this underwater restaurant, and also because they paid a non-refundable deposit, Corey had to suffer (not very silently) through a 7-course seafood menu. It is safe to say he won't let her go back there again.
He clearly learnt nothing from 2018, when he first met Kat's parents. He wanted to make a good impression and decided this was a good time to try his first piece of calamari. It took him approximately 7 minutes to chew it.
He still actively complains about both experiences.

We can't wait to start the next chapter of our lives together, with our most beloved family and friends as witnesses of our commitment to each other, and to continue living with even more love and craziness than before!
